1. Shipping Coverage We currently ship within the United States. We're working on expanding to international shipping soon — stay tuned!

2. Shipping Cost We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no shipping fees, handling charges, or hidden costs. Shipping is completely free at checkout, and no shipping fee will be displayed or charged.

3. Order Cut-Off Time Daily order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (EST) Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST), on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Order Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

• United States: 4–6 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. Fidget Story is not responsible for: a) Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. b) Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipment may require customer confirmation and may be subject to additional shipping costs.
